During the first three Sundays of each month, you have the opportunity to buy grocery cards in the office after service. You can buy cards for the following month and pick up the ones you ordered last month. Remember, the discount we earn from purchasing cards in bulk from Giant, Stauffers, and Weis provide food for the Saturday Breakfast downtown once a month. Helping others is easy, as well as a wonderful thing!
Confirmands and senior high youth and their families and invited to join us for a cookout on Sunday, August 13 from 5:30-8:00 pm in Rader Park. The church will provide the burgers, hot dogs, and utensils. Please bring a side dish to share.
ALL members are invited to camp out at Rader Park from Saturday, August 5 at 1 pm through the 9:15 am service on August 6. There will be games and activities for all ages. If you cannot camp out for any reason, you are still welcome to join us for an all-church camp service at 4:30 pm with a potluck dinner and game to follow. Hamburgers, hot dogs, and utensils will be provided. Please bring a dish to share! It would be great to have as many church members at the service and potluck as possible. Detailed information can be found at our Welcome Center. We hope to see you there!
We will continue the next phase of painting on July 22 from 2 – 7 pm. You are welcome to join us if you would like to help in guiding our youth with this stage of the project.

On April 23, we will begin a series entitled White Privilege: Let’s Talk—A Resource for Transformational Dialogue in the Parlor from 12:30-2:00 pm. The series will continue on Sundays through May 28. If you are still interested in attending, please contact the church office at (717) 392-5718…there is probably more than enough food for lunch. All are welcome to join us for a discussion about the privileges some of us experience.
On Wednesday, April 19 at 3 pm, Rev. Kathryn Kuhn will facilitate a group discussion on the life changes that follow the loss of a spouse. Recognizing that your journeys are all different, we thought this may be an outlet for you to find support and to support others in their respective experiences. Please join us for our annual Garage Sale on April 21st and April 22nd. Not only will you find great deals on home décor, books, clothing, and more, but you will be shopping for a good cause. Funds collected will go toward church programs and outreach programs that benefit our community.
