DESCRIPTION:The Environmental Team at Church of the Apostles is dedicated to living out our vision of environmental advocacy through meaningful\, sustainable actions. We are committed to reducing our carbon footprint\, exploring alternative energy sources\, and creating a green church through initiatives like transitioning lawns to meadows\, planting native species\, and increasing recycling efforts. We aim to reduce single-use products\, encourage composting\, and promote eco-friendly practices such as using bamboo products and glass communion cups. \nWe are also focused on education\, community partnerships\, and exploring grant opportunities to fund environmental projects.
