Dr. Matthew Lenahan\, Director of the Wittel Farm Growing Project\, will offer insights into the services they provide and how proposed policy changes could affect their ability to meet community needs. Many are unaware that nearly 40% of Lancaster County residents fall into the ALICE category\, Asset Limited\, Income Constrained\, Employed\, meaning they work but still struggle to afford basic necessities and often don’t qualify for benefits.
