Reservations are available on a first-come, first-serve basis, with members of Church of the Apostles UCC receiving preference. Space for an event may be reserved for a fee. Fellowship Hall
Highlights:
Our Fellowship Hall, located in the west wing of the church, is available for rent at $40 per hour with a 2-hour minimum. This versatile space is perfect for hosting a wide range of activities, including basketball, fencing, soccer, school dances, family reunions, staff gatherings, and much more. Kitchen
Highlights:
Use of our kitchen requires a ServSafe Certification and acknowledgment of our kitchen rules, which can be found in our Facility Use Paperwork. Whether you’re hosting a company dinner in our Fellowship Hall or need a commercial kitchen space to rent or lease, our kitchen is an excellent choice. Rental fees are $15/hour for prep space and $25/hour when using appliances, each with a 2-hour minimum.
Parlor & Classrooms
Highlights:
Our West Wing offers a variety of classrooms, including rooms 308-310, which feature dividers that can be opened to create a larger space. Additional rooms available for rent include 306, 305, and 304, each comfortably accommodating 20-25 people and, are ideal for hosting summer camps, workshops, or other events. These classrooms are available for $15/hour with a 2-hour minimum. The West Wing offers convenient access with three entrances, the west lobby providing additional space, and bathrooms.
The Parlor, located in the main wing near the lobby/Narthex, is equipped with a piano and a TV with a DVD player and HDMI cable. This versatile space creates the perfect setting for a wide range of activities from small parties to staff meetings or music lessons.
Sanctuary
Highlights:
Renting for $60/hr with a 2-hour minimum, our sanctuary is ideal for a wide range of events, including weddings, worship services, piano and other music recitals, graduations, and more.
Schellenberger Pavilion
Highlights:
Nestled in the heart of Rader Park, Schellenberger Pavilion is the ideal spot for parties for kids or adults, reunions, staff retreats, day camps, community events, and more. Rent it for just $200 per day (9 AM – 9 PM). *A porta-potty is available during the spring and summer months, typically from May to September. Please check with the office for specific installation and removal dates if you have any concerns about availability.
Youth Center
Highlights:
The Youth Center at Rader Park is an ideal location for scouting groups, company retreats, and more. While it’s not currently available for overnight stays, it’s perfect for day camps or day retreats. Flexible rental options include hourly ($60/hr), full-day ($300 for 9 AM – 9 PM), or weekly ($1,200) rates.
