Why and What Do We Give…
We are determined to make a difference in our local, regional, and national community. We do that through our gifts of money, time, and talents. Our outreach efforts directly touch the homeless, young families, children in our local school districts, a school in Kenya, and those experiencing food insecurity. Just to name a few!
Our generosity allows our building and land to be used to host numerous local organizations, a preschool that is recognized as one of the best in the area, and an Academy of Arts and Sciences. Our volunteers nurture and use our land to grow fresh produce that is donated to local food banks. The local community is welcome to explore Rader Park and to experience God through nature. Volunteers host field trips for local school children to explore nature and perform water studies in our creek. Music is an integral part of worship and in our community involvement with numerous concerts open to the public.
Our ministry includes growing our own spiritual understanding with both children and adult education. Our new vision and mission also encourage us to better understand the world around us and to promote social justice activities that will further the impact we make in our community.
