Market Basket
During the first three Sundays of each month, you have the opportunity to buy grocery cards in the office after service. You can buy cards for the following month and pick up the ones you ordered last month. Remember, the discount we earn from purchasing cards in bulk from Giant, Stauffers, and Weis provide food for the Saturday Breakfast downtown once a month. Helping others is easy, as well as a wonderful thing!

Photo Directories
If you had a photo taken for our new printed directory, please pick up your copy on the table outside of the church office. If you think you will use our mobile directory instead of the hard copy book, you can donate your copy by placing it in the bin on the table.

Wishing Well
Our new Wishing Well ministry will be collecting PJs for children who are undergoing cancer treatment at local hospitals. This collection, called Conner’s Comfy PJs, is done in memory of Conner Holland, a five-year-old boy, who lived in Lititz and expressed his wish to his parents that every child who had to go through cancer treatment would have comfy pajamas to wear in the hospital. We will be collecting NEW children’s pajamas for sizes 3T to 18 through May. If you have any questions, please contact Jane McCartney at (717) 392-4844.

Pool Party!
Everyone is welcome! Join us on Sunday, February 25 from 5-7 pm for an intergenerational pool party at the Homestead Village pool!  Please enter through the rear of the building. There will be no lifeguard on duty, so children must be supervised.

Special Offering
There is a special offering envelope for the Apostles Assistance Fund included in your pack for today, February 18th. Please consider giving generously to this fund as it helps so many people in our community. Thank you!

Lenten Bible Study
Lenten Bible Study will continue every Wednesday at 6 pm in room 304 through March 21. Pizza will be available during the meeting. Please RSVP to the church office at (717) 392-5718 or to Rev. Kuhn, so that the appropriate amount of pizza can be purchased.

 Wednesday Evening Lenten Worship
Lenten services, including prayer, scripture, and Holy Communion, will continue each Wednesday from February 21 through March 21 at 7 pm in the Parlor. This is an opportunity for us to gather as a community, share joys and concerns, and hold one another up in prayer. Please feel invited to use this as part of your Lenten discipline to draw closer to God.

40 Days, 40 Items
Lent began on Wednesday, February 14th. Parish Life has a challenge for you! Each day of Lent, remove one item from your home or closet that you no longer use or need and put it into a trash bag. At the end of Lent, please bring your trash bag to the Fellowship Hall as a donation for our annual Garage Sale. Will you accept this challenge?

Garage Sale Help
How many ways can you help support the garage sale?

  • Donate items to be sold
  • Help sort, price, and display items on April 2 – 5
  • Cashier for about two hours on Friday, April 6th or Saturday, April 7th
  • Bake a chocolate cake with peanut butter frosting to be sold
  • Donate sodas, water, hot dogs, rolls, etc.
